What do I do in case I receive a defective / damaged item from Readymadeboxes?
If an item ordered by you on readymadeboxes is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at readymadeboxes for a replacement. When we ship out the replacement item to you, You have to ship back the damaged / defective product at our address.
How can I return a product ordered from Readymadeboxes?
To provide you a worry free shopping experience on readymadeboxes, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 2 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging (excluding shipping costs).
When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. How and when will I get my refund?
